The 16th St Mall has some real treasures on wheels – food carts.  There’s a waffle cart, that BBQ cart Joe Biden visited during the DNC, and even a guy selling New Orleans Sno-Balls.

Now Westword food authority Jason Sheehan reports there’s a Thai food cart between Champa and Stout and according to their menu pretty much everything is five bucks.
