Just a reminder that the ELEMENT Gallery (950 Logan Street, Garden Level) will be hosting a reception for gay artist Tony Labadie tonight from 5-8 PM.

The show is titled Beauty in the Beast and explores the potent, erotic body with a twist of animal and monster magnetism. To quote Tony, “All of these beasts and monsters are sexualized, very muscular, glistening sweaty bodies, barely clothed; they are truly creatures of sexual power.” Tony’s work reveals the so-called monsters for what they really are, “the “dark, unbridled side of male sexuality, half-man and half-animal.”
